Join us for a Christmas cracker of a fundraising challenge at our first annual Santa Paddle on Saturday 29th November!
Gather your friends and family in groups of two, six or individuals and head on down to Liverpool Watersports Centre, where we will be holding a 2.5km kayak parade through the iconic Liverpool waterfront, past must see sights such as the M&S Bank Arena, Albert Dock and even the Liver Building dressed in Christmas lights and decorations.
Join us in lighting up the iconic Royal Albert Docks with a convoy of lighted kayaks and canoes for Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The route goes from the Liverpool Watersports Centre, Queen’s Dock passing through the Albert Dock and back round.
Make sure to get involved by bringing all the lights and decorations you need and dressing your kayak to be in with a chance of winning the best dressed kayak competition!
Also make sure to dress appropriately for the activity and the winter weather. Festive dress encouraged!
Distance: 2.5km (approx. 1 hr)
Minimum age to take part: 8 years old

Individual- Reg: £30 Min Sponsorship: £150
Team of two- Reg: £50 Min Sponsorship: £300
Team of six- Reg: £150 Min Sponsorship £900

Spectators are encouraged to watch and encourage the procession along their journey, and we politely request that any supporters line the areas outlined in the box to the left, from the Exhibition Centre towards the Royal Albert Dock.
Supporters are also advised that no parking is available at the Liverpool Watersports Centre on the day, and all should look for alternative parking provided around the area.
