| Hi! I’m Sarah, a Community Fundraiser here at Alder Hey Children’s Charity. My role mainly involves working with schools and businesses who are fundraising for us in lots of wacky and wonderful ways! My favourite part of my job is going into schools and telling the pupils all about the magical goings-on at Alder Hey, and hopefully inspiring a few future fundraisers along the way! Their faces are often priceless when they hear about our magician, or our on-site cinema. Outside of work you’ll often find me at a farm, park or playcentre with my adventurous toddler, or sat in the sunshine with a great book in hand. Magic is certainly my favourite value that we have as a team – the special memories that we can create for our children and young people at Alder Hey really are priceless. |
