Louise Ferguson

Hi, I’m Louise Ferguson the Executive Affairs and Governance Manager. What I enjoy most about my role is the variety it brings and the opportunity to support leadership teams, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively across the organisation. Outside of work, I’m married with two grown-up children and am very involved in my local community. I love holidays and travelling, and I enjoy discovering new places and experiences whenever I can and I am know as the Charity’s Judith Chalmer. A fun fact about me is that I am a real nerd! I particularly had a real passion for studying Physics at school and even attended lectures at Salford University while I was in high school. The values that resonate most with me are Together and Magic. I love bringing people together and working collaboratively to create those special moments of magic that make a real difference for our young people.
