This recipe makes 400ml of juice.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • One whole apple (green or red) chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ of a cucumber chopped
  • One handful of kale
  • One handful of spinach
  • 150-200ml of water
  • Ginger, lemon & celery - optional

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender, along with the water. You can switch water for apple juice, if you want to a sweeter taste to your juice. Just remember, juice contains a lot of sugar and you will enjoy natural sugars from the fruit and veggies.
  2. Blend the ingredients together. You can add any of the optional ingredients to the mix, if you want your drink to have a kick!
