Simply Health Great Manchester Run 10k

If you’re looking for Great Manchester Run charities to raise money for during this challenge, then we would be delighted if you could consider Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The Simply Health 10k is a fantastic way to test and challenge your running abilities whilst helping Alder Hey continue to do our amazing work for the children in our care. The Great Manchester run is known as Europe’s biggest 10k run and isn’t only just a race, but a whole weekend festival of sport with plenty of things to do for all lovers of running. Register your interest for the Manchester 2020 10k and prepare yourself for the biggest running event of the year!

Manchester Wiggle Half Marathon

This year’s Manchester Half Marathon takes place on 13th October 2019 and is the perfect way for experienced runners to really test the limits of their fitness! Whether it’s your first half marathon challenge or you’re a frequent long-distance runner, you can enter the race easily online and, better still, run and raise money for Alder Hey Children’s Charity at the same time. This year, the race is taking place on Sunday 13th October and adult entry is £39.00. UKA affiliated athletes receive a £2 discount off race entries. Stockport Hatters Half Marathon

This Manchester charity run takes place just outside of Manchester and is a long-distance race recommended for experienced runners. That being said, if you have undergone the correct training and are ready to take on your first half-marathon, then this could definitely be the perfect race for you. Better still, you can run for Alder Hey Children’s Charity which is not only a fantastic way to help those in need but is also a great way to stay motivated, complete your training and totally own that distance!
