Spaghetti

Description

This creature has been adopted and named Spaghetti.

I was a patient at Alder Hey hospital in 2005, when I was 5 years old  - I was diagnosed with AML. I was in hospital for 5 months undergoing chemotherapy and the treatment I received at Alder Hey saved me. I returned to Alder Hey at least once a year for check ups until I was transferred over to adult services. I got to see the hospital continuously transform over many years, it's a wonderful environment for children receiving treatment. What you do at Alder Hey is very special! - Amy Stuart
