How would you describe Alder Hey in three words?

Fun, friendly and magical.

What is one thing that not many people don’t know about you?

I’m a bit of a bookaholic and collect special editions of my favourite books – which mainly consist of Jane Austen novels.

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?

My Kindle, something to play Spotify on and something practical like a first aid kit.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

To fly. I have friends and family who live quite far away, so it would be nice to visit them at the drop of a hat and also go to a new place whenever I feel like it.

What is your favourite thing about working at Alder Hey Children’s Charity?

Working with such supportive and friendly colleagues who are passionate about making a real difference for our patients and families. As well as connecting with our supporters and hearing their incredible stories about the different ways Alder Hey has impacted their lives.
