Tough Mudder North West 5K
Run the Tough Mudder North West 5K.
Step out of your comfort zone and get ready to get muddy with Tough Mudder North West! If you are looking for a charity challenge with a difference, then sign up to Tough Mudder’s 5K race. Consisting of 13 obstacles and a whole lot of mud, this race is all about teamwork, courage and personal accomplishment.
Tough Mudder North West takes place in Malpas in Cheshire and includes the Tough Mudder Classic, the 8-10 miles competitive race as well as the 5k Race. The Tough Mudder 5k is the perfect introduction into an obstacle course mud race and as, according to their website, the North West has the deepest, darkest and stickiest mud in the UK, you know you are going to have a challenge on your hands.
Test your teamworking skills, your physical and mental strength in this notoriously challenging race. Whether you are taking on Tough Mudder North West alone or as part of a group, you can also raise money for charity. At Alder Hey Children’s Charity, we are always grateful when runners raise money for us. Any money you raise will go to help make Alder Hey Children’s Hospital one of the leading child-led medical facilities in the country. Click here for more information on running for Alder Hey.
