Each ticket contains six unique draw numbers. These numbers are entered into the weekly draw provided that the entry fee has been paid. Members will commence entry into the weekly draws two weeks after their initial Direct Debit is received. The draw is performed by a computer. All six numbers on each ticket are valid for each prize, except that, once a ticket has won a prize, the six numbers on that ticket are removed from the draw for the remainder of the prizes that week i.e. each ticket cannot win more than one prize each week. You can find full T&C's here. You can see all the latest results, on our web site. Just follow the link at www.alderheycharity.org/support-us/play-the-alder-hey-lottery. If you do not have internet access do not worry, as there is no need to claim. All winners will automatically receive their prizes through the post within 14 days of the draw date.

Why an NHS hospital needs your support
Children and young people have very different requirements from a hospital than adult patients. The charity recognises this and helps to fund state of the art equipment and a range of activities and projects that are designed to enhance and improve the lives of our amazing young patients when they are being treated. By joining our Lottery and Superdraw you are helping us achieve even more!
The charity can fund specialist medical equipment which ensures our brilliant surgeons and clinical staff have the most up to date state-of-the-art technology available to them – often equipment that is just not available yet via the NHS. We also fund high-tech distraction equipment proven to reduce pain and anxiety in our young patients, ensuring faster appointments without the need for sedation.
Donations help us support a vast range of programmes and special projects such as our ward musicians, our on-site magician and the play specialists we have on every ward. Our ground-breaking ward-based chef programme also ensures we are delivering healthy and nutritionally balanced food to all our patients when they need it most.
In the last few years donations large and small have enabled us to complete an incredibly important new research and education facility as well as fully funding the design and construction of a brand new bereavement centre on the hospital campus. Our amazing new mental health facility is opening in autumn which will impact on mental health services for children and young people for decades to come, and we have started work on our brand new Surgical Neonatal Unit which will feature family rooms to allow parents to saty with their newborns during treatment, a first for the UK.
