About this challenge
How do I track my progress?
You will receive an activity tracker sheet in the post, which you can use to track your progress. If you already have a fitness tracker, feel free to use this too. Why not post a daily update to your fundraising page to keep track of your progress, but also update your supporters?
Can I start early or finish later?
We ask for the challenge to be completed in March, but we understand that other responsibilities can be in the way.
Can I do more than 50k?
If you feel like you can do more than 50k, yes you can!
What if I fail to complete the challenge?
We would love to see everyone complete the challenge, but we understand that circumstances can change. Please don’t force yourself if you feel unable to complete the challenge.
If I get injured, can I finish later or give up?
Unfortunately, with physical challenges, injuries are likely to happen. Please seek medical advice if you experience any discomfort and always follow health guidelines.
Do I have to provide proof of completion?
Absolutely not, we trust you! It is, however, a great idea to post updates on your progress to your fundraising page to let your supporters know how you’re getting on with your challenge.
I am feeling sore. Can I stop for one day and keep going later?
Feeling sore can happen when taking up a challenge like this. Please allow yourself a day or more of rest, stretch before and after your activity and seek medical help if necessary.
What if I can’t complete the challenge?
That is fine, we know that life can get in the way. Don’t feel discouraged. We are grateful for your support and help in building awareness!
What if I have any more questions about this challenge?
If you have any more questions, feel free to drop a message in the Facebook group, where one of our friendly team will be able to support you.
