The Alder Hey Children’s Charity 5k at Haydock Park Racecourse will see participants take in a location with fantastic history and a completely enclosed facility. The course, which is set in an area of parkland has been a historic home for horseracing as far back as the early 19th Century – with the current racecourse opened in 1899.
